DIRECTIONS FOR ONLINE ENTRIES:
1. CHECK FOR THE ENTRY DEADLINE: Check below for our Stingray entry deadlines. Entries and fees must be received on or before the Stingray entry deadline. (Note, these are different than the Meet Entry Deadlines listed on the CASL Invitational information page. Those are team deadlines.)
WHY SUCH EARLY DEADLINES??? Before we can enter our team in an invitational, all checks must be turned in at the YMCA from each individual, processed by the YMCA, and then the YMCA must in turn write one check to the meet director of the invitational. This process typically takes about two weeks. This is why we cannot accept late or last minute entries.

2. GATHER YOUR INFORMATION: Write down a list of the events your child would like to enter, the event numbers (listed in the online information provided in the link above), and the name of the invitational (we may be doing entries for several during one time period).
3. EMAIL YOUR INFORMATION: Send your information (from #2 above) to Sue Clauser by clicking the link below that says 'SUBMIT ENTRIES HERE.' You should hear back from Sue within two business days confirming that your entries have been received. IF YOU DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM SUE WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE RE-SEND YOUR ENTRIES TO HER.
4. SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT: Turn in your payment at the YMCA on or before the entry deadline. Entries will only be made if payment is received on or prior to the entry deadline.
